Refund and Cancellation Policy
This is a draft policy prepared for the website build and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Rural Exim should have it reviewed before relying on it.
Customized and made-to-order products
Because most Rural Exim products are supplied or manufactured to a buyer-approved specification, cancellation and refund terms are agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation and vary by product, quantity and stage of production.
Quality disputes
If a shipment does not conform to the agreed, written specification, contact us with your order reference and supporting evidence (such as a third-party test report) so we can review the claim under the terms agreed for that order.
