Shipping and Delivery Policy
This is a draft policy prepared for the website build and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Rural Exim should have it reviewed before relying on it.
Order-specific terms
Shipping method, Incoterm, port of loading, estimated lead time and documentation requirements are agreed in writing for each order before dispatch, based on the product, quantity, packaging and destination.
Export documentation
For export orders, we prepare the commercial documents relevant to the agreed Incoterm — typically a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of analysis, plus any agreed third-party inspection or phytosanitary papers — in line with destination-country requirements.
Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates. Rural Exim is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
